Meet Henry Anderson, a burgeoning cinematographer hailing from Sydney, Australia. Henry's passion for the world of cinematography ignited when he playfully involved his unsuspecting younger brother, Tom, in his creative endeavours. In those early days, Henry honed his skills by experimenting with visual effects, often orchestrating imaginative on-screen scenarios that might have seemed a bit too convincing at times!
Henry has earned his first credit as the Director of Photography (DP) on, Jack Kearney's, feature film, "The Prep Room," set to release in 2024. His portfolio also includes a series of captivating short films, with "Social Pseudocide" slated for release in 2023.
Henry finds himself most often as one hand of the Shaping Light team, where he works as a lighting assistant, best person and at times gaffer across different projects working under Mirco Guidon.
Beyond the world of film, Henry has lent his artistic touch to music videos and has successfully created compelling content across various sectors, spanning commercial, finance, business, and education. His versatility extends to live camera operating and switching for notable names like Oh! Jazz, Rufus Du Sol, and government agencies.
Henry's boundless enthusiasm and unwavering motivation make him a dynamic filmmaker who eagerly anticipates each new creative challenge on the horizon.
